Site Acquisition Manager

Khao Aur Khane Do is expanding! We’re hiring a Real Estate Site Acquisition Specialist to find and secure top QSR spots across cities. Must have a strong broker network and leasing experience in high-footfall areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Location Scouting:

  Identify high-potential locations near

  corporate hubs, nightlife areas, high street markets, and food zones.

• Market Research:

  Analyze

  foot traffic, rental trends, anchor brands and competitor presence

  to find the best spots for new outlets.

• Lease Negotiation:

  Handle discussions with landlords, brokers, and property owners to secure the best rental terms.

• Site Visits & Evaluations:

  Assess spaces based on

  size, infrastructure, visibility, and compliance requirements.

• Legal & Compliance:

  Coordinate lease agreements, property documentation, and regulatory approvals.

• City Expansion Strategy:

  Work with leadership to

  create an expansion roadmap for new markets.

Must have:

• 3-7 years of experience

  in

  real estate, leasing, or location acquisition

  for QSR, retail, or hospitality brands.
• Strong

  network of landlords, developers, and brokers

  in key cities.

• Negotiation skills

  to secure cost-effective and flexible lease agreements.
• Understanding of

  zoning laws, permits, and lease structuring.

• Ability to

  travel frequently for site visits & negotiations.
