Simcorp and DWH Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed business analysis, optimizing existing processes, and ensuring bug-free release validations. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders, enriching functional documents, and mentoring team members on Agile and BA skills. Key Responsibilities: - Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. - Ensure accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by adhering to agile development methodologies. - Develop new testing scenarios to enhance the efficiency of existing processes. - Optimize existing business processes to meet stakeholder expectations. - Participate in team ceremonies, including agile practices and chapter meetings. - Perform bug-free release validations and generate test and defect reports. - Adhere to change management and release management processes. - Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders on requirements, planning, and issues. - Enrich existing functional documents to keep them up to date. - Address email queries based on priority and urgency until closure. - Ensure adherence to scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team as an Agile Master. - Assist Product Owner/Proxy PO in prioritizing user stories and preparing the backlog regularly. - Resolve team challenges to ensure on-time deliverables and self-organization. - Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives and review/adapt workshops. - Be accountable for Feature team deliveries. - Mentor and coach team members on Agile and BA skills. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Business Analysis methodologies, Business/process flows, GAP analysis, User stories creation, acceptance criteria, and JIRA tool. - Familiarity with Testing methodologies, including Test case preparation, Manual testing, BDD, Helios, and Zephyr scale. - Knowledge of Testing tools & Frameworks such as Unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Junit, Jasmine/Karma), SQL queries, Database basics (Oracle DB, SQL server, Postgre database), UI/UX principles (Design thinking, UX principles, user journey mapping), Excel features, and Change Management & Release management tools like Ezpulse, Unity, JIRA, Notify Now, Zephyr. - Understanding of Agile methodologies including Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, Spotify frameworks.,
