Silicon Digital Design Engineer, IP Design

Role Overview: You will be part of a team that is dedicated to developing custom silicon solutions for Google's direct-to-consumer products. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future hardware experiences, ensuring unparalleled performance, efficiency, and integration. Specifically, you will work on developing subsystems for the TensorG chipset, involving coding, debugging, running simulations, and collaborating with other teams during the development process. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Register-Transfer Level (RTL) coding and function/performance simulation debug. - Conduct Lint/Clock Domain Crossing (CDC)/Formal Verification (FV)/Unified Power Format (UPF) checks. - Participate in test plan and coverage analysis at the block and Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)-level verification. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with multi-disciplined and multi-site teams. - Engage in Module Design and integration activities, including planning tasks, supporting design reviews, and contributing to sub-system/chip-level integration. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience with digital reasoning design principles, RTL design concepts, and languages like Verilog or SystemVerilog. - Experience in reasoning synthesis techniques, optimizing RTL code, performance, power, and design techniques. - Experience in implementing system-on-chips (SoCs), subsystems, and sub-wrappers.
