About this Role

We are seeking an experienced A&P PL SQL Developer to join our Data & Analytics team within the GDPR Development project. This role involves leading technical initiatives, designing and developing Oracle PL/SQL solutions, and contributing to the architecture of the Archive and Purge platform. The individual will be responsible for performance tuning, debugging, and ensuring seamless integration across systems including Siebel EIM and cloud-native architectures. The position is based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad and may require rare travel.

What you will do

• Lead design and architecture efforts for Archive and Purge platform development.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering to performance tuning.
• Write, debug, and optimise Oracle PL/SQL code.
• Drive new technical initiatives within cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure high-quality outputs through strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Maintain versioning and branching using GIT repositories.
• Apply architectural leadership across large-scale data platforms.

Who you are

• A graduate or postgraduate in a technical stream (preferably Engineering).
• Possess strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, Shell Scripting, and Siebel EIM.
• Familiar with Oracle BRM, Siebel CRM, WCC, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experienced in SDLC and data warehousing concepts.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management and team collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a valid Indian passport.
