Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supports the existing Siebel CRM application and capabilities to be used on the Program, including working with the customer to obtain and maintain the tools and services necessary to support current functionalities in the Siebel applications and its associated interfaces Ensuring High Availability of production environment through proactive monitoring Handling incidents as part of application support and resolving incidents adhering to SLAs. Troubleshoots issues in existing Siebel IP 2019 based applications, Oracle BI Publisher, and web services written on an Oracle SOA platform Conduct RCA analysis and document frequent issues and problems for future reference. Lead in installations, patches/updates, provides problem resolution, and supports teams in the use of Siebel CRM application tools used on the Program Identify and resolve performance issues in Siebel and Oracle databases. Primary skills: Siebel Administration & Operational Support Project Management / Support - The ability to take a lead role on projects, clear communication, and prioritizes documentation Oracle Database Support - The ability to perform refreshes and perform issue triage. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience maintaining Siebel CRM applications (using at least version 8.1x, or higher such as IP 2015/2016) Experience in Siebel environment setup/installation, Siebel Server Administration and patching of multiple environments on virtual machines running Windows and Linux/Unix Operating Systems Experience using Siebel Server management tools, srvrmgr command line utility, data load using EIM Good understanding of Design time/Runtime Repositories, Workspaces (Main, Development and Integration) and rebasing. Experience in applying Siebel patches related to product upgrades and security hardening Understanding of Siebel architecture and experience in monitoring and troubleshooting application performance including Siebel inbound and outbound web services hosted on enterprise service bus (e.g. Oracle Service Bus) Hands on experience in Oracle databases for resolving performance issues, SQL Tuning, database refresh, expdp, impdp, Physical Standby and SQL Developer Knowledge in unix shell scripting, SoapUI Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix issues. Experience supporting system development, integration and test environments Experience using engineering environments and tools that support agile development Experience working in Siebel operational environments that involve load balancing. NP: Max 15 days Shifts: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (No transport) Work Mode( Hybrid- 3 days from office)
