### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion of work.

* Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

* Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

* Handle site inspections, measurements, and material management.

* Resolve technical issues on-site and report critical matters to the Project Manager.

* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all on-site activities.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.

* Familiarity with project scheduling tools and site reporting.

* Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.

* B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

* 6–7 years of relevant experience in site execution, preferably in residential and commercial construction projects.

* Demonstrated job stability and a proactive approach to site management.
