Marketing & Brand Promotion You will work closely with the marketing team to support local promotional strategies and ensure consistent brand visibility. This involves assisting in campaign planning, executing event-based marketing, and collecting customer feedback to help refine future strategies. You’ll represent SVM at trade fairs, auto expos, and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring the company’s electric motorcycles are well-positioned in the market. Customer Relationship Management Building strong relationships with customers is crucial to success in this role. From initial contact to post-sales support, you will ensure each customer’s journey is smooth and satisfactory. Your role includes handling queries, resolving issues promptly, and encouraging repeat business through excellent service. Regular follow-ups and feedback collection will help enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Reporting, Market Intelligence & Strategy Support You will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing sales performance, and identifying areas of improvement. Keeping an eye on competitor activities and market trends will allow you to provide valuable insights to senior management.
