Job Title: Retail Showroom Sales Executive

About the Role

VTR Industries is seeking a smart, energetic Sales Executive to manage store sales at our showroom in Gole Bazar. You will engage with customers, assist with product selection, ensure the showroom is well-maintained, and aim for consistent sales growth. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors, understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance: neatness, product displays, restocking, and proper arrangement.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing, cash/register operations, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide excellent customer service; resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with inventory/stock staff to ensure product availability.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, especially features of WPC / PVC furniture pieces if applicable.

Requirements

• Open to all genders. Local candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of showroom or retail sales experience; candidates with more experience will get preference.
• Weightage given to those with experience in WPC / PVC furniture sales or related building-material / furniture product sales.
• Good communication skills, presentable appearance, confident and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under targets and maintain consistency.
• Basic arithmetic for billing, counting stock etc.
• Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends if required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI) according to norms
• Yearly increment based on performance
