Sobé Decor is a premium home décor and tableware brand, curating exclusive collections from across the globe. With a strong presence in luxury dining and décor, we pride ourselves on offering customers a blend of elegance, craftsmanship, and quality.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive for our Chennai showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for luxury décor, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a personalized and premium sales experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our luxury collections.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
  • Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are well-presented.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic stock management.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge and new arrivals to pitch effectively.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or décor preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for home décor and lifestyle products is an added advantage.
