Job Description

A Jewelry Sales Executive's main responsibilities include driving sales by assisting customers, maintaining deep product knowledge, managing inventory and displays, processing transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key duties also involve achieving sales targets, staying informed on jewelry trends, resolving customer issues, and fostering strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Customer Engagement & Sales Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the perfect jewelry pieces. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all jewelry products, their features, and craftsmanship. Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Post-Purchase Follow-Up: Follow up with clients after a sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. Showroom Management & Operations Display & Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing and organized showroom displays. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability. Store Presentation: Uphold the cleanliness and presentation standards of the showroom. Transaction Processing: Handle and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
