Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Explain product features, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation Coordinate with the delivery and service team for timely handover Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales reports Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / 12th pass (MBA or Sales background preferred) Experience in showroom or retail sales (EV / Automobile experience is an advantage) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
