Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen eye for retail opportunities. If you are enthusiastic about helping customers find the perfect products and have a flair for interior design, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements Utilize knowledge of retail sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring the store layout is visually appealing Collaborate with the sales team to create innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and lighting design concepts Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment Strong understanding of layout design and inside sales techniques Ability to effectively market products to drive sales Knowledge of POS systems is a plus Familiarity with lighting design concepts is advantageous Ability to sell and upsell products effectively Capacity to renovate product displays to enhance visual appeal Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
