Job Overview :

We are looking for a Shopify Developer with strong experience in custom app development, theme customization, and API integration. The ideal candidate is expected to work on-site, contribute to high-impact Shopify projects, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver performance-optimized, feature-rich eCommerce solutions.

This is a 6-month full-time contract position, with a high probability of extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and apps.

Integrate third-party APIs and services into Shopify apps.

Optimize store performance, including page speed, SEO, and checkout processes.

Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement new features.

Ensure secure API integrations using authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).

Stay updated on Shopify platform updates, app development frameworks, and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Technical Skill Requirements :

Shopify App Development & Customization

Liquid Templating Language & Shopify Theme Architecture

Third-party API Integration (REST & GraphQL)

Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React

Shopify Tools & Frameworks: Shopify CLI, Polaris

Authentication Protocols: OAuth, JWT

Familiarity with Git version control and agile development workflows

Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.

Proven experience building or customizing Shopify apps and themes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Comfortable working full-time on-site (Monday to Saturday).

Available for a 6-month contract (extendable based on performance).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
