Job Description

In this role at BirdChime, a leading Shopify Apps development firm, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls. Your main duty will be acting as the initial point of contact for customers and providing efficient support to resolve their issues. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and work closely with the internal team to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
