Job Title: Shopify Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Location: On-site

Role Overview:

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around Shopify and can support with day-to-day tasks like content updates, product uploads, homepage changes, and theme tweaks.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Product & Content Tasks:
• Upload and organize products using metafields and the file manager
• Assist in managing collections and product categorization
• Storefront & Theme Updates:
• Support homepage updates and content changes
• Help create new pages and custom theme sections
• Assist in maintaining the overall look and feel of the store
• Tools & Promotions:
• Use Shopify apps like Matrixify for bulk uploads/edits
• Apply discounts and manage basic promotional tasks
• Work with Excel to manage store data
• Reporting Support:
• Assist in gathering insights via Shopify Analytics

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Shopify admin (especially Online Store section)
• Basic understanding of theme customization and store structure
• Comfortable with Excel and organizing digital assets
