Communicate effectively with the backend laundry and ironing teams to ensure quality and timely service. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements: Minimum education: 10th pass or above. Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
