About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Shoot Manager to oversee end-to-end photoshoots and video shoots for our brand. The ideal candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage teams, timelines, and production requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage photoshoots and video shoots from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, and studio teams.
• Create and manage shoot schedules, shot lists, production timelines, and daily workflows.
• Ensure all shoot setups—lighting, backdrop, equipment, product preparation—are ready on time.
• Oversee on-set operations, ensuring smooth execution and quality output.
• Manage shoot logistics, including location booking, equipment arrangements, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure the final output aligns with brand guidelines, content standards, and creative direction.
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, ecommerce, and social media teams for content requirements.
• Maintain shoot quality control and ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve any shoot-related issues quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shoot Manager / Production Manager / Studio Manager / Shoot Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of photo & video production workflows.
• Skills in team management, on-set coordination, and shoot planning.
• Knowledge of lighting, camera equipment, studio setups, and production tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple shoots, tight deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot on-set challenges effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
