Shipping Officer

The Shipping Officer position at ARK Global Logistics FZ-LLC is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, with the option for temporary partial remote work. As a detail-oriented and proactive team member, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end shipment coordination, logistics operations, and maintaining high service standards for our clients. Your role will involve coordinating and monitoring shipments, managing logistics documentation for international trade, providing professional customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams in UAE, India, and Africa. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience in customer service, knowledge of logistics documentation and shipping procedures, excellent organizational abilities with great attention to detail, the capability to work independently and in a team setting, and previous experience in the logistics or shipping industry. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule, and the work location is primarily in person.
