Key Responsibilities:
Handle import documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Shipping Instructions, Customs papers, etc.).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and Port Authorities for smooth cargo movement.
Track and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to shipping, freight, and customs clearance.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, purchase, accounts, operations) for shipment planning.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, INCOTERMS, export-import laws, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple shipments simultaneously.
Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Exposure to international trade and customs clearance preferred.
