Shipping Documentation Executive

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have prior experience in a Freight Forwarding Company, NVOCC Shipping Line, or CHA Company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Dealing with NVOCC shipping lines, mainly at Bandar Abbas port, and freight forwarding companies - Managing transportation, with 24-hour availability on the phone - Providing commercial support to other departments like Sales, Customer Support, and Sourcing - Coordinating with Custom House Agents (CHA) - Supporting business development initiatives Your key skills should include: - Experience with NVOCC shipping lines, especially at Bandar Abbas port, and freight forwarding companies - Thorough knowledge of export and import procedures - Proficiency in documentation for export and import operations - Strong transportation management skills for handling shipments - Sales and business development capabilities - Fluent English communication skills Experience in the following areas would be preferred: - Total work: 3 years - NVOCC: 3 years - Freight: 3 years - Documentation for export and import operations: 3 years Please note that this is a full-time, permanent role that requires in-person work.,
