Shipping Documentation Executive

As an experienced professional in the field of Freight Forwarding, NVOCC Shipping Line, or CHA Company, you will be responsible for: - Dealing with NVOCC shipping lines, particularly focusing on Bandar Abbas port, and collaborating with freight forwarding companies. - Managing Transportation effectively with a 24-hour availability on phone for any coordination required. - Providing commercial support to various departments like Sales, Customer Support, and Sourcing. - Coordinating with Custom House Agents (CHA) to ensure smooth operations. - Supporting business development initiatives to drive growth. Key Skills required for this role: - Prior experience working with NVOCC shipping lines, especially at Bandar Abbas port, and freight forwarding companies. - In-depth understanding of export and import procedures. - Proficiency in documentation related to export and import operations. - Strong transportation management skills to handle shipments efficiently. - Sales and business development capabilities to contribute to the company's growth. - Fluent English communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
