Ensure timely updating and reporting of the Shipment Tracking Report for both import and export shipments. Coordinate the submission and collection of veterinary permits to facilitate prompt clearance. Additionally, manage the timely submission and renewal of tax and duty exemptions, maintain an up-to-date exemptions balance sheet for imported raw materials, and proactively renew licenses before expiry to minimize costs associated with imported raw materials.
What we ask
3 years of experience in the logistics field with knowledge of shipping Incoterms
Exposure to HS code-related matters
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Familiar with forwarding and customs procedures
Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
