Achievement of employee Engagement Index Score Responsible to manage huge capital-intensive distribution and business ROIs. Estimate outlets’ potential for placement of company assets. Responsible for proper tracking and recovery of the assets from the trade. Provide on-the-job training to sales team. Monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, stock return rate, outlet conversion rate etc. on regular basis. Handling of different distribution channels like trade, key-accounts. Track and report movements of other products in the category.(MIR) Monitor competitor’s activity and report to superior through daily activity report. Conduct retail audit and update outlet data regularly. To lead field Area sales operations team in order to achieve yearly sales targets by delivering on distribution & route to market KPIs (while ensuring business partner ROI).
