Job Description

Identification, preparation and submission of Pre-qualification, Expression of Interest, Offers and RFP.
Preparation of RFQ s/Tenders for timely submission of techno commercial proposal to customer.
To attend the pre-bid meetings, prepare and compile pre-bid queries/Comments and all bid documents and templates in line with customer requirements.
Responsible for taking approvals from various Railway clients and authorities like RDSO, Railway Board and IRCON etc.
Creating sales presentations for potential clients and develop and maintain the Client relationships.
To prepare the Tender cost estimate and ensure that the cost estimate is realistic, robust and competitive.
To prepare the risk register and ensure that project/contractual risk is fully evaluated and mitigated as per the Tender conditions.
Participation in negotiation meetings with clients for finalization of Work Contract.
Responsible for handling the customers like Indian Railway PU s MCF ICF, State Metros, IRCON, NCRTC
