Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and managing networks, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the network operations center (NOC) team to ensure smooth operation of network services.
Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and security.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience supervising and motivating a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
