Role & responsibilities : 1. He should able to handle overall manpower of Shift. 2. Should be good knowledge of Eva injection moulding 3. Rejection analysis approach should be clear accordingly 4M 4. Should be good focus on shop floor visual mgmt. 5. Good knowledge of 5S System 6. Good knowledge of process optimization 7. Well knowledge of production fundamental tool (Productivity, cycle time study & trouble-shooting 8.
