Job Title: Extrusion WPC Machine Operator/Shift Incharge

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Extrusion WPC Shift Incharge to oversee and manage extrusion operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, uphold quality standards, enforce safety protocols, and lead the team towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Supervision: Manage day-to-day extrusion operations as per production plans and shift schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and process parameters; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate production staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure a hazard-free working environment.
• Shift Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production metrics, shift performance, and incident reports.
• Training & Development: Onboard, train, and mentor new team members to strengthen skillsets and promote teamwork.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory/operational role, preferably in WPC or plastic extrusion manufacturing.
• Leadership: Strong team management and conflict resolution skills.
• Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting extrusion-related issues.
• Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of extrusion machinery, processes, and maintenance.
• Safety Awareness: Well-versed with industrial safety standards and compliance requirements.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physically fit to handle standing shifts and moderate lifting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
