Position: Shift Incharge

Exp: 5 to 6 yr

Location: Saoner, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹27,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily shift operations ensuring smooth production or operational workflow.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workforce performance to achieve targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during the shift and coordinate with relevant departments for resolutions.
• Maintain production reports, attendance records, and shift documentation.
• Conduct briefings at shift start and handover at shift end effectively.
• Ensure quality standards are met during operations.
• Support and motivate team members for maximum efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Graduate in relevant field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in shift handling, preferably in [Industry/Plant/Production Unit].
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of operational processes, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts (rotational if applicable).
• Local candidates from Saoner or nearby preferred.
