Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan daily production activities based on customer requirements and available resources.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient execution of tasks and meet productivity targets.
Monitor and control production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize manufacturing operations.

Must have hands on experience in Krones, Techlong, PET Bottles.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in a similar role or related field (manufacturing industry).
Strong understanding of manpower handling, daily production planning, shift management, and controlling principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
