Shift Incharge- AM- Production

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position at our client's subsidiary, a Japanese corporation with businesses in various fields such as industrial gas, energy, agriculture, and health, you will be responsible for troubleshooting a continuous process plant using an analytical approach. Your role will involve analyzing plant and machine parameters, with a specific focus on compressors, turbines, and pumps. Additionally, you will be tasked with running the plant in shifts, monitoring plant parameters continuously, and achieving production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot issues in a continuous process plant - Analyze plant and machine parameters - Demonstrate knowledge of compressors, turbines, pumps, etc. - Run the plant in shifts and maintain plant parameters - Achieve production targets and troubleshoot process-related issues - Prepare daily MIS and production confirmation reports - Act as a site controller during shift in-charge duties - Monitor machine efficiencies and plant performance to take corrective actions - Manage plant start-up and shutdown procedures - Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and work with the maintenance team - Understand plant P&ID and participate in turbine, cryo pumps, and plant thawing processes Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-10 years - Location: Bellary - Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mech/Chemical (Note: No additional details of the company are present in the provided job description),
