Position - Shift In- Charge- Refractory

Job Description -

Should be able to lead the Execution team for achieving Objectives of Quality, Safety & Timely delivery of Schedules.

Should possess required Technical & Administrative Qualities to Operate a Site independently.

Co-ordinate on daily basis with Client , Team and workers to achieve Agreed Objectives.

⁠Cost Control , Resource Optimization, Resource planning and Execution as per Client requirements

Project Planning & Coordination

Site Execution & Supervision

Pre Execution and Post-Execution Activities Strong understanding of refractory materials and installation techniques.

Prepare detailed Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessments for all critical jobs Resource and Productivity Management

Candidates having experience in Integrated Steel Plants with specific exposure in Coke Ovens, Blast Furnace, Reheating Furnace Refractory Instillation and Maintenance works

Project - Refractory Project for Iron / Steel Plants

Facility - Free Accommodation + Transportation (Food Will be Candidates Scope)

Education Qualification - Graduate / Diploma Engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
