Shift Engr Boarding

Role Overview: As a Marine Officer - Shift Engineer Boarding, your primary responsibility is to oversee the loading of vessels, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing procedures, verifying chemical quality, and maintaining accurate cargo documentation in adherence to established safety standards, regulations, and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Collect Single Point Mooring (SPM) document inputs from Supply and Trading (SNT) and Engineering teams for vessel loading - Prepare detailed vessel loading plans tailored to customer requirements - Work closely with the Chief Boarding Officer to sign loading agreements - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate loading operations - Oversee Jetty operations and manage multiple vessels in shifts - Analyze vessel size and cargo requirements for enhancing loading efficiency - Optimize loading sequences and prioritize cargo placement for vessel stability - Streamline loading procedures to reduce turnaround time - Conduct thorough verification of quantity and quality of supplied chemicals to vessels - Handle bunkering operations and maintain precise documentation - Maintain accurate cargo documentation and update records in the ISOM system - Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols during loading operations - Conduct safety briefings and adhere to marine safety regulations - Ensure compliance with industry-specific documentation standards and regulations - Review incident reports and implement corrective actions for safety improvements - Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, BE or B.Tech, BSc, MSc, or relevant diploma in a field related to Marine Operations - 4-8 years of experience in Marine operations - Good to have: 3+ years of experience in tanker operations and vessel safety protocols Additional Company Details: N/A,
