Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik for a Shift Engineer (PLC). Responsibilities include managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency of operations. The role involves system programming, monitoring of equipment, conducting regular maintenance checks, and promptly addressing any faults. The Shift Engineer will also collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system functionality and support production processes.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mech/EEE/ECE is mandatory.
• Min 2 years of experience in PLC is Mandatory.
• Salary upto 35000 CTC only (Non- negotiable).
• Proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and automation systems
• Experience with system optimization and operational efficiency improvement
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• IT skills for monitoring and assessing digital control systems
• Previous experience in Defense or Space industry projects is an advantage
• Immediate joiner are preferred within 7 days.
