Interested candidates may share their resume directly to mail id "anurag.awasthi@medanta.org" Role & responsibilities Carries out planned preventative maintenance activities in accordance with the company and departmental standards to all areas of the hospital. Manages all areas of operation to include electrical, mechanical and plumbing. Monitor processes and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required. Ensures all water testing and dosing. Participates within the engineering shift rota pattern. Manages manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts. Manages all engineering operations in a shift over and above the basic responsibility of operation of Electrical System, Diesel Generators, Mechanical systems & Plumbing systems. Leads a group of technicians to achieve defect free operation in shifts. Lead and direct workmen/ Tradesmen for quick turnaround of services breakdowns and other problems encountered by hospital departments/ users. Ensures that all Maintenance operations and work practices comply fully with the Companies Health and Safety policies. Initiates proper start up and shut down activities for planned and unplanned shutdowns/start ups. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical)
