Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Agrochemicals/Chemicals, specifically in Green field/brown field Projects. The position is based in Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Erection, installation, and commissioning of various static and rotary equipment, including utilities and piping work.
Coordination with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project implementation and timely delivery of construction drawings.
Preparation of piping BOQ from P&ID and review of AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GAs, isometrics, and models.
Supervision of contractors and monitoring progress, preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
Inspection of reactors, tanks, utility equipment, and submission of inspection reports to the project manager.
Planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities for timely project completion within time, quality, cost, and budget parameters.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or related fields.
Strong knowledge of various codes and standards like ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME 16.5, 16.11, 16.19, etc.
Experience in greenfield projects and walk-in interviews is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with software such as AUTOCAD and PDMS is desirable.
