To take care of smooth operation of all equipment To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule. To provide the resource and time for HSE training, work places, accommodation and facilities for staff. To attend HSE meeting and addressing HSE issues. Ensure SO observation completion on time. TBT for all associated team members Ensure 100% legal compliance Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations. Participating in emergency exercises Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence. Attend safety committee meetings Spread safety procedure across down team Ensure preventive maintenance of all equipment and update in RAMCO Ensure Closer of Checks complaints Prepare daily engineering report Ensure Permits & SOP implementation Update all engineering logs in RAMCO Ensure Daily Tags & MIS Ensure AMC as per Contract Prepare shift schedule of maintenance staff Ensure PPM activities. Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time To be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same.
