Job Description

As a Shift Engineer at Mohali, in the Property and Asset Management sector, your role involves ensuring that all technical services are operational during your shift. You will manage the engineering team, support the Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager, and coordinate technical issues with clients and occupants. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing and maintaining electromechanical/utilities services with the technician team. - Implementing planned preventive maintenance (PPM). - Conducting regular inspections at the site to identify risk/defect areas. - Reviewing the work of subordinate staff and providing guidance. - Ensuring proper documentation, checking, and follow-up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. - Hiring, training, and developing shift engineers and maintenance staff. - Formulating budgeting controls and monitoring SLAs & KPIs for effective service deliverance. - Overseeing vendor quotations and invoices. - Ensuring attendance signoffs and submitting cost sheets to the JLL office. - Planning energy conservation and conducting monthly vendor meetings. - Preparing monthly readings sheet, maintaining equipment history cards, and attending major complaints. - Assisting in conducting risk assessments, creating action plans, and participating in evacuation drills. You will be working on a residential site in Mohali and reporting to the Property Manager/Technical Manager. To be successful in this role, you should be analytical, meticulous, and hold a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry.
