Additionally, you will schedule monthly vendor meetings, plan and implement energy conservation measures, and prepare monthly readings sheets with occupants while ensuring all check-sheets and logbooks are filled properly. It will be your responsibility to maintain history cards for all equipment, attend to major complaints, escalate issues to seniors, and coordinate with technical staff as needed. You will also ensure work permits are in place and safe working practices/procedures are followed. Furthermore, you will assist the Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager/Technical Manager in conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, and creating corrective, preventive, and emergency response action plans. You will take part in evacuation drills and be part of the Emergency Response Team/Quick Response Team. Maintaining engineering reports such as DMR and MMR will be part of your regular tasks, and you will work closely with regional and head office teams to ensure timely closures of all required reports.
