Job Description

The Shift Engineer for HT Cable Production will be responsible for supervising the production of HT cables during assigned shifts. You will be required to closely monitor the performance of equipment to ensure smooth operations. It will be your duty to uphold quality and safety standards on the shop floor. Effective coordination with maintenance and quality teams will be essential for resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare detailed shift reports and ensure a proper handover at the end of your shift.
