As a Shift Coordinator & Business Development, your role involves liaising with agency workers and external clients, handling bookings, maintaining regular contact with employees and clients, and serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with agency workers and external clients - Handle bookings for services - Maintain regular communication with employees and clients - Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries Qualifications Required: - Fluency in English is essential - Experience in a call center environment, preferably in the UK - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software The preferred candidate for this position is a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care services. Preference will be given to female candidates with experience in a UK-based call center environment.
