Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Coordinator located in Ankleshwar Bharuch. The Shift Coordinator will supervise and manage daily workflows and operations in a manufacturing or production setting. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely, monitoring equipment and process performance, preparing reports, implementing safety standards, and troubleshooting issues that arise during shifts. Qualifications Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of production workflows, shift coordination, and operational processes in a chemical or manufacturing environment is essential. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities are necessary. Proficiency in monitoring equipment functionality and ensuring adherence to safety regulations is expected. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management. B.Sc / Diploma degree in chemical engineering, manufacturing management, or a relevant phenolic resins and similar polemaric field is preferred. Previous experience in a shift coordination or supervisory role in the chemical or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
