Shift Coordinator

Betheny Nursing Care is an agency that provides Health Care Assisstants and Registered Nurses to Nursing Homes across Wirral and surrounding areas, The role of Shift Coordinator is a vital part of our business, are booking agents are responsible for the initial contact for all potential and existing customers and cordinating with our staff. The successful candidate for this role must be self motivated and be able to work as part of our team. A personable nature is a must for this role as we deal with people from all walks of life.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• 2 year Call center Expeienced candidates prioritized handling UK Clients
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• A chatty & friendly personality
• The ability to adapt to speaking to the general public from all different backgrounds
• Be understanding to each client needs
• The ability to be self motivated and ensure each customer receives the same level of service
• Computer literate
• Be able to cope with high volume of calls and emails
• To manage staff and coordinate with clients
• Managing input of shifts
• Occasionally be on call

Salary and Hours:

• Full time 40 Hours per week
• 28 days holiday inc Bank holidays
• Salary Negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Call Centre: 2 years (Preferred)
