Sheet Metal Die Development

As an Asstt Mgr/Dy Mgr (Sheet Metal Die Development - Press Dies) in the Press Engineering department of Body Engineering division at Gurgaon / Manesar location, your main role will involve managing the die development for new models from design to trials. You will be responsible for checking die designs, conducting die trials, and proving of dies on press. Key Responsibilities: - Die development for sheet metal parts in transfer & tandem press line - Validation of die designs - Project management of die development from design stage to commissioning stage - Inspection of dies at various stages - Conducting trials and proving of die Qualification Required: - BTech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or CIPET/Tool & Die maker from DITE(TRTC), CITD, CTTC, etc. - For BTech candidates, 3 to 6 years of work experience is required. For Diploma holders, 7 to 14 years of experience is needed. Competencies / Skills: - Basic knowledge of UG NX/Auto Cad/MS-Excel - Understanding of die development, die trials/modification, die repair & panel proving - Familiarity with part quality maturation process and die modification work for part quality/accuracy - Basic knowledge of yield improvement techniques - Fundamental understanding of project management,
