Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shearing Machine Operator located in Neemrana. The Shearing Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining shearing machines to cut metal sheets to precise specifications. Other responsibilities include performing routine quality checks to ensure accuracy, calibrating machines, and using hand tools for adjustments and repairs as needed. The role also requires adherence to safety and operational protocols to ensure efficient machinery and workplace operations.

Qualifications

Experience in Machine Operation and handling Machinery

• Proficient in Quality Control processes
• Skill in using Hand Tools and performing equipment adjustments
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and mechanical maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Previous experience in operating shearing or similar machines in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
