Description
As a SharePoint Developer at EY, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust, scalable Power Apps and SharePoint Online solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other modern development practices. Your responsibilities will include leading technical design sessions, architecting solutions that meet business requirements while aligning with EY's technology standards and best practices, as well as developing custom web parts, extensions, and applications using SPFx, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other modern web technologies. Additionally, you will implement complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate, integrate them with Power Apps and SharePoint Online, and ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems. Your role will also involve conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will provide expert guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and end-users, including documentation, training, and troubleshooting. Staying updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint technologies is essential to drive innovation and thought leadership within EY. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, including expertise in SharePoint Online and SPFx. - Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform. - Knowledge and experience in web development technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and integration of external data sources. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: - Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or SharePoint. - Experience with Microsoft Graph API. - Knowledge of SharePoint PnP (Patterns and Practices). - Prior consulting experience or experience working in a professional services firm.
