1. Support requests from business users for SharePoint(On Premise, Online , Admin Features/ Patching and services), Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Migrations,HTML and jQuery, InfoPath forms and Teams solutions
2. Product development support.
3. Build custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform solutions, Infopath Forms
4. Govern, manage the administer configuration and security of SharePoint environment.
5. Maintain governance jobs, flows, reports for all Office 365 services
6. Maintain and improve SharePoint Solution for Client.
7. Maintain and evolve provisioning engine for sites and Teams
8. Analyze business requirements; communicate technical topics to non-technical audience
9. Service extended support requests
10. Experience in Deployment
Primary Skills:
1. Experience in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms and Teams solutions
2. Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
3. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
