As a SharePoint Architect at Wipro, you will have the following essential duties and responsibilities: - Provide oversight of help desk support to ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user issues, enabling seamless access to information and technology resources. - Enhance productivity at ServiceDesk by implementing strategies to reduce incidents and promote self-healing and self-help approaches. - Communicate with customers and stakeholders to assess support needs, identify technology requirements, and address service concerns. - Train and mentor support specialists on utilizing the help desk problem-management process to deliver prompt and accurate responses to end users with a customer-centric focus. - Establish and monitor service level targets, benchmarks, and compliance levels while tracking and analyzing support calls to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including operations guidelines, inventory checklists, deployment guides, and training materials. - Measure and report unit performance through metrics, service level indicators, and customer satisfaction feedback. - Manage the inventory, support, and maintenance of end-user technology assets, including desktops, mobile devices, printers, and software. - Facilitate equipment and software purchases, manage inventory reconciliations, and provide recommendations on hardware and software products. Additionally, some secondary duties and responsibilities include: - Recommending changes or enhancements in IT or equipment based on user feedback. - Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies to support strategic technology implementation. - Participating in information management projects and providing technical support for offsite events. The role involves close collaboration with staff, management, network administrators, server administrators, and vendors. The mandatory skills required for this position include expertise in Technology (Alight IT) and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
