* Administer and manage SharePoint Online environments including site collections, permissions, content management, and governance.
* Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Pages solutions to automate and streamline business processes.
* Configure and manage Power Automate workflows and integrations across Microsoft 365 services.
* Ensure data integrity, access control, and system security across SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
* Support end-users and stakeholders in troubleshooting issues related to SharePoint sites and Power Platform applications.
* Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and performance tuning for optimal efficiency.
* Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Develop documentation, training materials, and provide guidance to users on best practices.
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Administration and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
* Proficiency in managing SharePoint Online, site structures, and permissions.
* Experience in developing low-code/no-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.
* Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
