Shadow Trainer (Women) Internship

As an intern at Able Aura, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting a child with special needs in a school setting by providing one-on-one support during academic sessions. - Helping the child stay focused, follow classroom instructions, and complete school-related tasks effectively. - Coordinating with school teachers to understand the academic plan and adapting it to suit the child's needs. - Providing emotional and behavioral support to ensure the child feels safe, included, and encouraged. - Reporting daily progress and challenges to the assigned Able Aura supervisor. - Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times while interacting with the child, teachers, and parents. Please note: - This opportunity is open only to women applicants, as it involves working closely with a child in a school environment. - The shadow trainer must be available on all school working days during school hours. - Based on performance, the intern may be considered for extended opportunities or roles within Able Aura.
