Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assisting a child with special needs in a school setting by providing one-on-one support during academic sessions. Helping the child stay focused, follow classroom instructions, and complete school-related tasks effectively. Coordinating with school teachers to understand the academic plan and adapting it to suit the child’s needs. Providing emotional and behavioural support to ensure the child feels safe, included, and encouraged. Reporting daily progress and challenges to the assigned Able Aura supervisor. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times while interacting with the child, teachers, and parents. Note This opportunity is open only to women applicants, as it involves working closely with a child in a school environment. The shadow trainer must be available on all school working days during school hours. Based on performance, the intern may be considered for extended opportunities or roles within Able Aura.
